These terms govern use of GMS Lunar Reminders, an administrative reminder service for physicians assigned to sporting-event medical coverage. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Agreement to these terms alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages.

Use of the service

Authorized administrators maintain the physician roster and event assignments. Recipients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying an administrator of changes. Administrators must use the service only for authorized roster, assignment, and reminder activities.

This service supports administrative follow-up; it does not provide medical advice or emergency communications. Do not transmit protected health information or patient-specific medical information through the application, SMS replies, or support communications. Use the designated GMS reporting website to complete reports in accordance with your organization's requirements.

SMS Terms

• Consent: Physicians must provide affirmative verbal consent to receive SMS messages from GMS Lunar Reminders. After consent is obtained, an authorized administrator may enter the physician’s mobile phone number into the system for reminder messaging. SMS consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP.
• Enrollment workflow: GMS Lunar Reminders maintains a record that consent was obtained before SMS messaging is enabled for that physician.
• No purchase requirement: SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
• Sender and purpose: SMS messages are sent by GMS Lunar Reminders. Messages relate to event assignments and reminders to complete GMS reports. A reminder may be sent after an assigned event and may contain a link to the GMS reporting website.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on the recipient's event assignments.
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Opting out of SMS does not necessarily remove the physician from the application or from email reminders. Contact an administrator to request changes to your roster information or email preferences.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact reminders@lunarsono.com.
• Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information, phone numbers, and SMS consent.

Availability and responsibilities

Reminders depend on accurate assignment information and the availability of delivery services. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed. Physicians remain responsible for their assigned coverage and required GMS reports, whether or not a reminder is received.
